Shipping
Products are sent with KiloPost (inside Belgium) at a
standard rate of 6 EUR per package.
Shipping outside Belgium (rest of Europe) by overnight courier is also possible
at a rate as from 10 EUR (!), depending to the destination country.
If your country is not listed, please email us for the correct shipping cost.
Delivery
Most products are in stock, and will be shipped to your
address the next day after we receive your payment.
In case a product is not in stock (like shoes), delivery happens between 1 and
max. 3 weeks.
You will be informed anyway about the estimated time of delivery.
Warranty
Due to the nature of the squash game, warranty is not
included.
Only exception is the standard warranty given by the manufacterer to cover any
production errors.

Returns
In case you are not happy with the product you bought,
just return the "unplayed" article to us and we will refund your payment
without any questions.
